The Open Shifts Marketplace lets managers post unfilled shifts and employees claim them instantly from their phone. The full marketplace (posting, claiming, and swapping) is available on the Crew plan and above. Business plans add cross-location and cross-organization sharing. Enterprise adds compliance controls and certification requirements.

The Free plan includes 1 manager seat. Need more? Add Extra Manager Seats for $10/month each — no upgrade required. All paid plans (Crew, Business, Enterprise) include unlimited managers at no extra cost.

SMS shift reminders, schedule publishes, swap alerts, and open-shift notifications are included on Crew and Business (200 messages per month). For higher volume, add an SMS Pack: 750/mo for $15, 2,000/mo for $30, or 5,000/mo for $70. Packs stack on top of your included allowance.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice billing with NET 30 terms upon request.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

No setup fees, ever. All plans include full onboarding support, and you can start using EpicShifts immediately after signing up. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding assistance and training at no additional cost.

Your 14-day free trial includes full access to all Business plan features, including cross-location marketplace and AI scheduling. When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to select a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account will be moved to the Free plan automatically. Your data is never deleted.

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You'll be charged once per year for the full amount. For example, Business is $79/month ($948/year) or $758/year with annual billing—saving you $190 per year.

Crew ($39/mo) is perfect for single-location businesses—full marketplace access, shift swapping, team messaging, GPS time tracking, and timesheet exports. Business ($79/mo + $69/location) is for multi-location operations—everything in Crew plus cross-location marketplace, AI auto-scheduling, Square POS integration (more payroll/POS integrations coming soon), payroll-ready CSV exports, and advanced analytics.

Business includes your first location in the base price; additional locations are $69 each per month. For example, a Business plan with 5 locations is $79 + (4 × $69) = $355/month. Annual billing saves 20% on the base fee. Enterprise (contact sales) offers custom per-location pricing.
